• Training sessions are held every Thursday at the Kaipara Flats Sports Club from 5:30 pm, followed by the clubhouse bar and restaurant opening for dinner and drinks-a perfect way to socialise after training.

• Senior teams play their games on Friday nights at the Rodney Netball Centre

• Junior netball is played on Saturday mornings, with younger players (Years 1-6) following the Future Ferns Programme, which focuses on fun, skill development, and fostering a love for the game.

• The club runs a Junior 'Have a Go' day to welcome new players and introduce them to netball in a fun, supportive environment

• Senior muster events are held to prepare teams and welcome new senior players each season

• A Social mixed netball tournament is also held during the summer season.
