Set in the centre of the village on the beautiful Bourne Dean Recreation Grounds, Kaipara Flats Sports Club has a proud tradition and a friendly atmosphere, we invite you to join a place where new faces quickly become friends and everyone is part of the action.

Whether you’re passionate about tennis, cricket, netball or want to try the new frisbee golf course, there’s something here for every age and ability. Our facilities include:

Three floodlit tennis and netball courts
A large, well-maintained cricket and soccer pitch
Expansive clubhouse with bar and restaurant
Huge deck overlooking the action

Exciting upgrades are in the planning stages, to create even more space for members and guests so Kaipara Flats Sports Club can continue as the centre of an active, thriving community.

THURSDAY NIGHT SOCIALS

THE HEARTBEAT OF THE VILLAGE

Every Thursday night, our club comes alive for the most important social occasion of the week. Join us for a delicious meal, catch up with friends, and enjoy our legendary meat raffle and Members Draw. It’s the perfect way to stay connected, share local news, and celebrate community spirit.

In the summer months, we are also open on Friday’s while social netball and junior cricket are underway. We are a social bunch and during the year (especially over winter) we find reasons to get together and have a laugh either through Trivia night (where none of us take ourselves too seriously) or the Comedy night hosted by the Cricket Club. We also host the popular Christmas Markets each year where locals sell their wares and catch up over a drink or two and a range of homemade foods.
